The Happy Starter Bakehouse was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves access to bread that is truly good for them. No preservatives, no chemicals, no shortcuts. Just all-natural ingredients and the slow, honest process of natural fermentation.
We bake from our home kitchen in Marne using a live sourdough starter and real, wholesome ingredients. Every loaf is slow-fermented, hand-shaped, and available for local pickup.
